Did you know nearly 47% of people in the U.S. lack access to mental health providers — and rural Montana feels this gap the most? That’s why YBGR and Carroll College have teamed up to help mission-minded staff become licensed therapists, with tuition reimbursement support from Yellowstone Foundation.
This spring, four YBGR employees earned their master’s degrees through Carroll’s Social Work program while working full-time — and several more graduated from other schools statewide. We’re so proud of their dedication and commitment to meeting critical mental health needs.
